Man In A Van is property service and maintenance company that started up in 2014. Since starting up it’s gone from strength to strength and grown a long list of happy customers due to the quick and efficient way in which its team gets jobs done. Services they provide include: House Washing (both soft wash and surface preparation for painting); Gutter Cleaning; Moss and Mould Treatments; Roof Cleaning and Painting as well as House Painting.
Not long after starting up Man In A Van approached Kerrick with a request to custom build a powerful jetting unit that could be mounted into the back of their van, but still leave enough space for them to carry all their tools of the trade such as ladders, paint, detergents and so on. Having the flexibility to carry all of their gear onto site in a single vehicle saves them both time and the cost of additional trips or extra vehicles and trailers thereby allowing them to price their services more competitively.
Kerrick designed a compact, skid mounted jetter that could be secured into the back of the van, leaving plenty of free space for other gear and materials. The pressure cleaner had an Italian 3000 psi Interpump pump operating at 21 l/min with an electric start Honda motor and a large 450 litre water tank. It also came with twin reels (a high pressure hose and a low pressure feeder hose) as well as a gun and lance making it ideal for carrying out a range of property maintenance and wash down work.
